Or let us pamper you with “breakfast in bed” delivered to your room at no extra cost. A continental “breakfast–to-go” is available for those needing to head out on their travels early in the morning. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to order “breakfast in bed” or an early morning “breakfast–to-go."
We will endeavor to accommodate dietary restrictions wherever possible, provided we are advised of your requirements a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Please call or email us with any concerns in this regard.
A deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance charged ten (10) days prior to arrival.
For reservations made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full balance will be charged at the time of booking.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted and required for making a reservation.
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administration fee per room.
For reservations of 1-2 rooms a ten (10) day cancellation period applies. For any reservation cancelled within ten (10) days of arrival, or in the case of a no show, the full amount of the reservation will be due. No refunds will be given.
For reservations of 5 or more nights a twenty-one (21) day cancellation period applies.For any reservation cancelled within twenty-one (21) days of arrival, or in the case of a no show, the full amount of the reservation will be due. No refunds will be given.

We expect our guests to stay with us for the duration of their reservation and the room has been made available for their use. With this in mind, we hope you understand that in the unfortunate event that you have to leave earlier than planned, we are unable to offer a refund for any unused nights.
In observance of local regulations, we have a no smoking policy throughout our entire premises (both inside and outside). We reserve the right to apply a $150.00 cleaning charge for non-observance of this policy.
We do not accommodate children. All guests must be aged 16 years or over
We regret that we cannot accommodate guest pets. However there is a Pet Resort at the Grand Canyon Railway which offers excellent boarding facilities.
Check in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. We do not have a 24 hour reception and will only accommodate later arrivals by prior appointment only. To arrange a late check in please contact us at least 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange a mutually convenient time as there is not always a staff member onsite after hours. No check in appointments can be accommodated before 4pm or after 10pm. Our property closes at 10pm and only existing guests have access. Any guests trying to check in after this time will not be admitted and will be registered as a no show. Check out time is 10:30 a.m.
Our room rates are based on double occupancy as they accommodate a maximum of 2 persons only. We cannot accommodate extra persons in guest rooms or suites. No extra beds are available. Should guests arrive with additional persons exceeding our maximum occupancy, an additional room will need to be purchased, subject to availability.
All room prices shown are subject to taxes at the prevailing rate.
A two night minimum stay applies to all group reservations of 3 or more rooms.

For group reservations of 3 or more rooms a 5% gratuity will be added to the total room charges
A deposit equivalent to 50% off the total package price will be charged at the time of booking with the balance charged 10 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. All cancellations made within 10 days of arrival require payment of the full balance due.
In certain cases, based on the third party provider's specific policies, the non-room portion of some packages may be refundable within 10 days of arrival. Grand Canyon Railway tickets: refunds will be offered for the Grand Canyon train ticket portion of your package provided we receive notice at least four (4) days prior to arrival. Canyon Dave tours: refunds will be offered for the tour portion of your package provided we receive notice at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Packages, promotions and specials offered may not be combined. Only one may be applied per reservation. Not applicable for reservations made through any third party.
