Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the deck between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. each morning...

Or let us pamper you with “breakfast in bed” delivered to your room at no extra cost. A continental “breakfast–to-go” is available for those needing to head out on their travels early in the morning. Please let us know by 6.30pm the day before if you would like to order “breakfast in bed” or an early morning “breakfast–to-go."

We will endeavor to accommodate dietary restrictions wherever possible, provided we are advised of your requirements a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Please call or email us with any concerns in this regard.

Deposit and Payment

A deposit equivalent to one (1) night’s stay plus tax will be charged at the time of booking and the remaining balance charged ten (10) days prior to arrival.

For reservations made within ten (10) days of arrival, the full balance will be charged at the time of booking.

Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted and required for making a reservation.

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administration fee per room.

For reservations of 1-2 rooms a ten (10) day cancellation period applies. For any reservation cancelled within ten (10) days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be due. No refunds will be given unless we can re-rent your room(s).

For group reservations of 3 or more rooms a twenty-one (21) day cancellation period applies. For any group reservation cancelled within twenty-one (21) days of arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be due. No refunds will be given unless we can re rent the rooms.

Early Checkout

We expect our guests to stay with us for the duration of their reservation and the room has been made available for their use. With this in mind, we hope you understand that in the unfortunate event that you have to leave earlier than planned, we are unable to offer a refund for any unused nights.

Smoking

As a courtesy to all our guests, we have a no smoking policy throughout our entire premises. We reserve the right to apply a cleaning charge for non-observance of this policy.

Children

We welcome teenagers aged 16 and above. Please understand, our Inn caters to adult guests who come to enjoy the relaxing and peaceful environment and is therefore unsuitable for young children.

Pets

We regret that we cannot accommodate guest pets. However there is a Pet Resort at the Grand Canyon Railway which offers excellent boarding facilities.

Check In/Check Out

Check in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. We are happy to accommodate later arrivals by prior appointment. Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Room Occupancy and Rates

Our room rates are based on double occupancy as they accommodate a maximum of 2 persons only, with the exception of the Juniper and Willow Suites, where rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.

All room prices shown are subject to taxes at the prevailing rate.
